POSITION PURPOSE: The Marketing / Intake Coordinator is accountable to and under the direction of the PACE Director and manages the overall marketing efforts, development of program or marketing collaterals and print materials for any directed campaigns, informing potential referral sources, i.e., physicians, case managers, providers, administrators, the public, potential participants and families, etc., about Valir PACE Foundation and works to builds relationships with and gain support from legislatures and state and local agencies. The Marketing / Intake Coordinator will also make house visits to qualified leads and facilitate tours in the center as well as perform all enrollment processes. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Licenses or Certifications: Valid Oklahoma Driver’s License Total Education, Vocation Training, and Experience: Bachelor degree in a related field or 5 years relative experience. SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Ability to work independently under general instruction on a variety of special projects; Ability to perform critical thinking, active listening, judgment and decision making, effective speaking, time management, persuasion, persistence, flexibility, and social perceptiveness; Excellent oral/written communication skills; Ability to interact in a positive manner and communicate well with staff, referral sources, and the community about services provided by Valir Health and the company’s mission, philosophies, goals, and objectives. Ability to perform computer skills. PROTECTED HEALTH INFORMATION: Position has No Access to Protected Health Information of patients on caseload.
